Menanti

“Menanti” is a heartfelt pop song by Malaysian vocal group Marhaen about longing, unrequited love and the patience of waiting for someone who may never return the same feelings.

Through poetic lyrics and expressive vocal harmonies, the song captures the emotions of falling for someone, holding on to hope and learning to accept that love cannot always be possessed. Despite the uncertainty, the narrator chooses to remain faithful, waiting patiently through time and changing seasons.

With its romantic and reflective tone, “Menanti” presents a more emotional side of Marhaen, blending contemporary pop sensibilities with the group’s signature vocal character.
